What is PCB(Personnel Certification Body)?

A Personnel Certification Body (PCB) is an organization that issues certifications to personnel who meet specific competence requirements to perform a job. What does PCB do?

PCB established the requirements necessary to evaluate a personnel’s competence, and performs the task of issuing certifications to the personnel through evaluation according to the established requirements.
