ISO 37301
ISO 37301 is an international standard that stipulates the requirements of a compliance management system, and provides requirements and guidelines for establishing, developing, implementing, evaluating, maintaining, and improving an effective and responsive compliance management system within an organization.
ISO 37301 is officially published in 2021, replacing ISO 19600 published in 2014. ISO 19600 is a guideline for the compliance management system, while ISO 37301 is a certification standard that allows organizations to obtain third-party certification for compliance management systems.
The necessity of ISO 37301

- Education level beyond secondary graduation
- Over 5 years of work experience (including at least 2 years of experience related to compliance management)
- Completion of ISO 37301 Auditor/Lead Auditor training
- Pass knowledge and attribution examination of GPC
- Audit log of at least 20M/D within 3 years
